Privacy Policy

Kitmint is our company's internal ERP, OMS and WMS platform. Operational information is processed for our own authorized Amazon selling workflows, including order management, inventory synchronization and fulfillment tracking.

Amazon information

Amazon-related data is retrieved through the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We do not use web scraping or data aggregators to obtain Amazon account data.

Data protection and confidentiality

Our information-handling requirements limit access by employee role and business need. Amazon information must be transferred over encrypted connections. Credentials and private keys must be stored securely and kept out of public repositories and application code.

Service providers

Amazon information is not sold or shared for marketing or resale. Any use of service providers must be limited to the hosting and operational processing necessary for the stated ERP workflows, with appropriate access restrictions and confidentiality obligations.
